Letter to GMB Asda members. 27/07/07

Following management's refusal to allow meetings on-site GMB has organised a series of evening meetings for Asda colleagues in the Region.

Senior Regional Organiser Giovanna Holt said: "Due to management's refusal to allow us an appropriate room to consult our members a series of off-site meetings has been organised. Management claim they do not have facilities within the stores to accommodate the Union's request for a group meeting with colleagues. Looks like they have mislaid all their training rooms!"

"The meetings are proving very popular and, of course, there are still regular updates via newsletters." 13/07/07
